Goal Setting Session
$250
1 to 1.5 hour session in person or remotely to review questionnaire, work on your timeline and set goals
Action Plan
$150 monthly fee payable before the second check-in of the month
We'll meet in person or remotely every two weeks to see how you're feeling and assess if we need to modify or add to the plan. I will also be available for brief consultations all throughout to answer any questions and provide encouragement. I'll supply a new action plan at the end of each month or biweekly as necessary.
3 Month Review
$150
1 hour meeting in person or remotely to assess progress, review how you're feeling, discuss modifications and additions such as supplements and blood tests. I will supply an action plan within 5 days of meeting.
