1:1 COACHING

We will start with a thorough intake questionnaire to get a good understanding of your antecedents, triggers and mediators.

With that knowledge I will provide an action plan with a few easy to follow steps to start with.

We will track and assess how these changes suit you and based on that I will recommend modifications and additional steps on a monthly basis.

We will regroup after 3 months to see our progress and decide what other things to incorporate or adjust. At this point we'll focus on supplementation and consider blood tests.

Throughout this whole process we will be in touch, I'll be available for any questions and for encouragement.

Pantry Makeover

We can go through your pantry, in person or remotely, to see what you should focus on avoiding and what you should be getting in your next grocery shopping trips.

Really meant to compliment the personalized coaching, but also available on its own, I can provide you with personalized meal plans to simplify your life and take away the worry of what to eat.

Receive up to 15 recipes in your week meal plan or 30 for your month meal plan.

Group Classes
